Clarence "P" Poulson Petty, 48, passed away on February 4, 2006 at home in Ogden, after a prolonged illness from complications from diabetes.  During his final months, he was lovingly cared for by his brother, John Poulson, and sister Louise and her husband Ray Bateman.

Clare was born on October 12,1957 in Clear Creek, Carbon County, Utah, son of John Henry and Maxine Poulson.  In 1974, he was placed in the home of Frank J. and Wilma Petter, and in 1976 adopted by and sealed to the Petty family.

Clare graduated from Cedar High School in 1976, served an LDS mission in Oregon, was a member of the Utah National Guard, and enjoyed sports as a participant and official.  For employment, he worked in construction, food service, mining and facility maintanence.

Clare was blessed with two wonderful surviving children, Travis of Reno, NV., and Sylvia of Virginia.
